2.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only.

2.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

2.3 The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

Competition Period and Closing Date

3.1 The Competition Period runs from 23rd June 2026 to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

How to enter

4.1 Each entrant may submit up to a maximum of two entries as follows during the Competition Period:

(a) First entry: follow @fastnedcharging on Instagram and send an Instagram direct message (DM) containing a photograph of a Fastned-branded taxi in London to @fastnedcharging on Instagram. This constitutes one entry.

(b) Additional entry: post the same photograph submitted under Clause 4.1(a) publicly on your own Instagram feed, tagging @fastnedcharging and including #FASTNEDTAXI. The account must be public for the entry to be visible and verifiable. This constitutes one additional entry. If the post is deleted or your account is made private at any point before the Selection Date, this additional entry will be void and only your entry submitted under Clause 4.1(a) will be counted

4.2 Both entry routes require submission of an original photograph of a Fastned-branded taxi in London meeting the requirements set out in Clause 5. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum number of entries per entrant is two.

Entry requirements 

5.1 A valid entry must meet all of the following requirements:

(a) the entrant must be following @fastnedcharging on Instagram at the time of entry and at the Selection Date;

(b) the photograph must be an original image of a Fastned-branded taxi in London, clearly showing the Fastned branding, taken personally by the entrant during the Competition Period;

(c) the photograph must not be digitally altered or enhanced in any way; and

(d) the photograph must be submitted as per the entry routes detailed at 4.1 in a standard image format (JPEG, PNG or HEIC, as typically produced by a smartphone camera or the Instagram app).

Invalid Entries

6.1 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c) illegible, or have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

(d) photocopies and not originals; or

(e) incomplete.

6.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

7.1 The winner will be selected on the Selection Date by a verifiably random computer process from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.

7.2 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

8.1 The winner will be notified by DM from @fastnedcharging on Instagram as soon as practicable after the Selection Date and in any event no later than 13th July 2026.

8.2 The Promoter will never ask for payment or personal financial details. Please be aware of false accounts.

8.3 To claim the Prize, the winner must provide their full name, email address and county of residence in reply to the DM so that the Prize can be delivered to the winner by email.

8.4 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed their Prize within 28 days of being notified in accordance with Clause 8.1, and in any event by no later than 10th August 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the valid entries received before the Closing Date.

9.1 The Prize is provided by the Supplier and consists of one £100 LOVE2SHOP voucher. Use of the LOVE2SHOP voucher is subject to Love2Shop's own terms and conditions, available at https://www.love2shop.co.uk/support/the-legal-stuff and https://assets.love2shop.co.uk/documents/terms/love2shop-e-gift-card.pdf. 

9.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

9.4 The Prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days of receipt of the winner's email address and in any event no later than 31st October 2026.

9.5 The Prize is issued and managed by the Supplier. If the winner experiences any issues redeeming the voucher, they should contact LOVE2SHOP directly via https://www.love2shop.co.uk/support/faqs. Fastned accepts no responsibility for the redemption or operation of the voucher once it has been delivered to the winner.

10.1 The Promoter must either publish or make available information confirming that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner and, if applicable, a copy of their winning entry, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to 48-50 Scrutton Street, London, EC2A 4HH (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the date on which the Prize is awarded which will be no later than 31st October 2026.

10.2 If you object to any or all of your surname, county or winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

11.1 Personal information provided in connection with this competition will be stored and processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which can be found here: https://www.fastnedcharging.com/en-gb/privacy-statement.

11.2 By entering this competition, you consent to Fastned sharing your full name and email address with the Supplier (Park Retail Limited, trading as LOVE2SHOP, of Valley Road, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 7ED) for the purpose of issuing the Prize and to enable Love2Shop to determine whether you have received the voucher by email, opened the email and/or spent all or part of the voucher. By entering this competition, the winner consents to this processing for that purpose.

12.1 By entering this competition, you confirm that you are the sole legal and beneficial owner of the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the photograph submitted as your entry.

12.2 You agree that the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, make your entry available on its website and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity relating to the competition and for brand and marketing purposes. You grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence such intellectual property rights for those purposes. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights you may have in your entry in connection with the Promoter's use of it under this licence.

13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

13.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any entrant who wishes to take court proceedings must do so within the courts of the United Kingdom.

13.4 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering this competition, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.
