This offer is valid from 1 October until 31 December 2026 in the UK. Fastned reserves the right to modify the offer at any time. Your £25 first session charging voucher is valid for 2 weeks from the date of issue. Once activated in your account, your £25 charging credit is valid for 3 months.

Have you already charged using the Fastned app? If so, unfortunately you’re not eligible to receive a £25 charging credit voucher. However, as an existing user you can get a 10% discount on the standard kWh rate by charging via the app with a valid payment method.
Charging credit only works via the Fastned app.
To benefit from charging credit, you must set up a Fastned account via the Fastned app. To charge using the app, you must have a valid payment method set up in your account. This can be a debit or credit card, a direct debit/bank account or a charge card. If you start a charge session using the charger at a Fastned station, we’re unable to link this session to your account. You can find more information on how to charge at Fastned stations here.
Payment methods in the Fastned app and how they apply to credit
Charge cards: If you use a charge card as your payment method in the Fastned app, charging credit will only be used when the total cost of your charge is greater than or less than the available credit. If the total cost of the charging session exceeds the total amount of available credit, the full cost of the charging session will be charged via your charge card provider.
Debit/Credit Cards and Bank Accounts: If you use a debit/credit card or a bank account as your payment method in the app, the charging credit will always apply to your charging session. For instance, if your charging session exceeds your available credit amount, your available credit will be used and the remaining balance will be deducted from your debit/credit card or bank account.
Your car will continue to charge even after your charging credit has been used up.
Your car will not automatically stop charging once your charging credit has been used up. But if you’re using a debit/credit card or a bank account as your payment method in the Fastned app, you’ll receive a 10% discount on any additional charging costs. If you’re using a charge card as your payment method in the Fastned app and your charging session exceeds the amount of available credit in your account, the total cost of your charge will be billed in full from your charge card provider.
