Fastned begins new bond issue

Fastned, a leading European fast-charging company, today begins a subscription for a new bond issue.

Issue documentation can be found on Fastned’s dedicated bonds page, while further investor information can be found on the Investor Relations page on our website

Investments will contribute to growing Fastned’s network of fast-charging stations across new and existing markets, capitalising on the strong growth in EV sales across Europe and the support of national and European authorities for comprehensive charging infrastructure

The Fastned network currently comprises 410 stations in nine countries, with over 180 stations currently operational in the Netherlands and over 50 stations in Belgium, including the largest Fastned station to date at Gentbrugge. In addition to these open stations, Fastned has a development pipeline in each country with 29 locations secured for future development in Belgium and 32 locations secured in the Netherlands (as of end of 2025) as part of the company’s aim to reach 1000 stations by 2030.

Fastned’s Q4 2025 Update (published 15 January 2026) reported year-on-year growth of 44% in revenue related to charging for the quarter and a 25% increase in total charging sessions to over two million.

The company also recently secured a new green loan facility of up to €200 million with a consortium of leading European banks and lenders, with initial committed capital of €100 million earmarked for network development in Belgium and Switzerland.

In 2025 Fastned raised a combined total of over €110 million across three rounds of bonds. In 2024 Fastned raised a total of over €82 million from bond issues over three separate rounds. To date, €45 million worth of bonds have been repaid by Fastned and €77 million worth of bonds have been extended by investors prior to reaching maturity, showing investors’ continued support for Fastned.

Fastned is launching this new bond issue in the Netherlands and Belgium. More information about Fastned and the bonds, including risks, costs and fiscal treatment, can be found in the prospectus, available here and on Fastned’s website.
