Fastned to hold its Annual General Meeting on 4 June 2026

Fastned, the European fast charging company, will hold its Annual Meeting of Depositary Receipt Holders and General Meeting on 4 June 2026. We would therefore like to invite our Depositary Receipt Holders to our head office at Amstelplein 44, 1096 BC Amsterdam.

The afternoon will commence at 16:00 with the Annual Meeting of Depositary Receipt Holders, followed by the Annual General Meeting. CEO Michiel Langezaal and Interim CFO Remco Samuels will briefly look back at 2025.

To best serve our Depositary Receipt Holders,  the AGM/DR Holder meeting will be held in the Dutch language, reflecting the feedback we have received from attendees over the past years. All previous financial reports and Annual Reports can be found on the Investor Page on Fastned's website.

• 16:45 - 17:30  — General Meeting (including short presentations from Michiel Langezaal and Remco Samuels (in Dutch)
• 17:30 — Closing of AG/DR Meeting
• 17:30 – 20:00 — Fastned: Behind the Scenes (in English, open to all attendees)
   

Fastned: Behind the Scenes

Following the conclusion of the AG/DR Meeting, Fastned will host an invitation-only gathering of friends, partners and stakeholders, featuring presentations and discussions with Fastned experts across the company's technology, finance, commercial and energy sourcing teams.

All attendees of the AG/DR Meeting are invited to enjoy this unique event. The program will begin at 18:00 and end at 20:00. Drinks and food will be provided throughout.
