Reappointment of Jérôme Janssen as Supervisory Board member at Fastned

At the General Meeting of Fastned B.V., Jérôme Janssen was reappointed as Supervisory Board member for a second term of four years per 7 December 2026. 

Jérôme Janssen (46) is Co-Head of Infrastructure Equity Investments at Schroders Capital, a role he has held since January 2019. Prior to this, he led infrastructure investments at Crédit Agricole Assurances, a leading European institutional investor.

In addition to his role at Schroders Capital, Jérôme is a board member of BelEnergia SA, a European renewable energy group that develops and operates solar, wind and biowaste projects, and of Autobahnplus A8 GmbH, the private concession holder of the A8 motorway section between Munich and Augsburg.

He previously held several non-executive board positions at major European infrastructure companies, including Indigo (Europe's leading car park operator), CLH (oil logistics leader in Spain), TDF (French media and telecom infrastructure operator), Téréga (gas transport and storage operator in France) and Aéroports de Lyon.

With his in-depth knowledge of infrastructure investments and his broad experience across the European energy sector, Jérôme makes a strong contribution in the Fastned's supervisory board. He looks forward to contributing to Fastned's continued growth and international expansion, in line with its mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility.
