Do the charge cards also work outside of Fastned?
Yes, the Fastned charge card works at 600,000+ charge points from across operators in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
How long does it take for the cards to arrive?
When you've placed your order, you will typically hear from us within a day and can expect to start using your charge cards within 5 business days.
How much does charging cost?
- At Fastned, you only pay a flat rate per kWh minus a discount of 10% or 30%.
- At other ChargeLeague stations, Fastned passes on the pricing of the operator without a service fee. If you have a subscription, you get a 5% discount.
- At other charge points, you pay price of the operator plus a service fee of €0.03/kWh.

Which companies are part of the ChargeLeague?
ChargeLeague is a collaboration of Europe's top fast-charging networks: Fastned, IONITY, Electra, and Atlante. The combined network comprises 1,800+ stations across Europe.
How can I manage invoices?
At the end of the month, you receive a consolidated invoice with all charging sessions and all the active cards/subscriptions for your fleet. You can download spreadsheets with detailed breakdowns of every chargng session, which is handy if you need to do accounting of expenses per vehicle or driver.
Your account managers can help to set up more custom configuration, for example for when you manage fleets for multiple legal entities or when you require separate invoices per driver.
How do I manage cards, vehicles and subscriptions?
As a fleet manager, you can control everything through our self-serve platform. This includes activating and blocking cards, so you only pay for the cards that are actually used. When you order your first set of cards, we onboard you onto our platform so you and your drivers are good to go.
I lost a card, what do I do?
As a fleet manager, you can simply block the card yourself and assign a new one to your vehicle or driver. If you're out of charge cards, you can order additional cards for your fleet.
Is there any long-term commitment, or I can cancel anytime?
You only pay for active cards and subscriptions, and for charging. You can cancel cards/subscriptions at any moment with a 30-day notice. This means you’ll only pay for the month ahead and that you can keep using your cards/subscriptions until the end of the notice period.
Can I use the Fastned app and Autocharge?
Yes! In fact, this gives you the best charging experience. Simply:
- Download the Fastned app.
- Create a free account.
- Add the Fastned charge card as your payment method.
- Add your vehicle and request Autocharge in the app.
- Activate Autocharge at a Fastned station by starting a charging session through the app.
What kind of support do I get?
If there's ever an issue at our stations, our customer support team can solves most issues within minutes. Drivers can contact our team 24/7 through WhatsApp, email and by phone. Our Support page helps drivers to solve over 80% of issues themselves.
On top of that, larger fleets get a dedicated local account manager to help solve any other question or issue.
